1. Scope of service

AIPIA Connect helps users scan business cards, confirm contact details and generate AI-led follow-up drafts for sending through WhatsApp or email. Access is offered through a complimentary plan and paid passes of fixed duration.

2. Use of the service

Users must use AIPIA Connect lawfully and responsibly, including when contacting people whose cards they have scanned. Users remain responsible for reviewing any contact details, AI outputs and messages before sending or relying on them, and for complying with the Personal Data Protection Act and any applicable anti-spam rules when sending follow-up messages.

3. Plans, billing and expiry

Public pricing is shown on the AIPIA website in Singapore dollars. Every paid plan is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically and no payment details are stored for future charges. Each plan grants a stated allowance of Pro AI scans and AI-led follow-ups, valid for a stated period. Unused allowance does not carry over once the period ends. To continue after a plan expires, the user buys another plan.

4. Licence

AIPIA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AIPIA Connect for the user’s own internal professional or business purposes. Licence codes are issued to one user and must not be shared or resold.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, resell the product without permission, or process personal data unlawfully.

6. AI outputs

AIPIA generates AI-assisted outputs such as extracted card fields and suggested follow-up drafts. These are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. The user remains responsible for checking the extracted details and the final message, and for deciding whether to send it.

7. Availability

Basic on-device scanning works without a network connection. Pro AI scans and AI-led follow-up drafting require an internet connection and depend on third-party AI infrastructure, which may occasionally be unavailable. Where an AI request fails, the user’s allowance is not consumed.

8. Disclaimers and liability

AIPIA Connect is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AIPIA excludes indirect or consequential loss and limits its total liability to the fees paid by the user for the relevant plan during the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these Terms

AIPIA may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
