Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains refunds and expiry for AIPIA Connect plans.

Short version: AIPIA Connect is a digital product and every paid plan is a one-time purchase. Nothing auto-renews, so there is no subscription to cancel. An unused plan can be refunded within 7 days.

1. Complimentary plan

The Complimentary plan is free. No payment is taken and no refund or cancellation applies.

2. Nothing renews automatically

Event Pass, Pro 30-Day and Pro Annual are all one-time purchases. AIPIA does not store payment details and does not charge again when a plan expires. There is no subscription to cancel — a plan simply stops working at the end of its period.

3. Refunds on unused plans

If a plan has been purchased but no Pro AI scan or AI-led follow-up has been used against it, the purchaser may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

4. Refunds on partly used plans

Once a plan has been materially used, it is generally non-refundable. AIPIA will still refund, in full or in part at its discretion, in the case of duplicate charges, a technical failure caused by AIPIA that prevents use of the plan and cannot be resolved, or where a refund is required by law.

Send your purchase reference, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue to janelim@aipia.ai. We aim to acknowledge within one business day.
